Rental assistance

Creation and distribution of your listing on a dedicated website, including a direct booking solution with no third-party commission. You receive the rental income directly, at the rate you set. Synchronization with major rental platforms is also available.
Management of the booking calendar and all tenant communications, check-in and check-out coordination, scheduling of cleaning before and after each stay with your existing housekeeping staff, as well as preparation of bed linen and towels through a professional laundry service.
